BENJO Perfumes ("BENJO", "we") operates benjoperfumes.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order details — your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery area and address, delivery notes, and the products you order.
- Payment confirmation — if you pay by InstaPay, the screenshot of your transfer. We never ask for or store card details.
- Messages — anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Browsing information — your cart is saved in your own browser. We count visits anonymously (pages viewed, the site that referred you, device type and approximate city) using a random ID stored in your browser — never your name or phone number. We also use the Meta Pixel to understand visits and purchases from our ads (see below).
How we use it
- To process, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To verify InstaPay payments and handle returns and refunds.
- To reply to your questions.
- To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share only what's needed with the services that run our shop:
- Delivery partners — your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your order.
- Hosting and email providers — our website and order records are stored securely with our hosting and database providers, and order notifications are sent through an email service.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — the Meta Pixel records page views and purchases on our site so we can measure our ads. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
- When required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal obligations. InstaPay screenshots are kept only as proof of payment for your order.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing benjoperfumes@gmail.com. Our website is not intended for children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
