Returns & Exchanges

Choosing a fragrance is a deeply personal experience. We want you to be entirely captivated by your BENJO scent. If you feel your full-size selection isn't the perfect match, we offer a 14-day return privilege.

We understand that you need to experience the fragrance to know if it's right for you. Please note the following conditions for a successful return:

• Gently tested condition. We gladly accept returns of full-size bottles that have been gently tested (only a few initial sprays). The bottle must be virtually full and returned in its original BENJO box. Bottles with significant usage will not be accepted.
• The Discovery Set. Because our Discovery Sets are designed for sampling and personal exploration, they are considered final sale. For hygiene reasons, Discovery Sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original delivery fee and the return shipping cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
• Timeframe. Eligible returns must be requested and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Processing. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund. As we accept cash on delivery and InstaPay, refunds are sent to you by InstaPay.
